Biography Kumud Srinivasan
Kumud Srinivasan is Director of Automation in the Logic Technology Development organization of the Technology and Manufacturing Group. She leads the development and replication of state-of-the-art automated manufacturing technologies, to give a leading edge to Intel’s technology development and manufacturing facilities, synchronous to the beat of Moore’s law.
Srinivasan joined Intel in 1987 as a programmer/analyst in the Technology and Manufacturing Group’s second high-volume manufacturing fab in Albuquerque, where she developed and later managed several key automation initiatives and teams. In 1991, she joined the Intel Mask Operation, and later, Intel Test Tooling Operation, as manager of software and business development. In 1995, she joined Logic Technology Development. Currently, her scope includes automation, industrial engineering and support systems for wafer processing in fab and sort in Intel’s development and high manufacturing factories.
Srinivasan graduated in 1984 with an M.S. from Syracuse University, School of Information Studies, and did a post-graduate stint at UC, Berkeley. In 1981, she received a B.S. in Economics from Calcutta University, India. |
