Biography Ofer Greenberger

Ofer Greenberger is vice president general manager of the Optical Metrology Division and president of KLA-Tencor Israel. He is responsible for lithography metrology within KLA-Tencor and for the KLA-Tencor organization in Israel.

Ofer joined KLA-Tencor in 2003 as division vice president. In 2005 Ofer with the Israeli division received the KLA-Tencor award for strategic thinking and execution. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor Ofer Greenberger has been with Kulicke and Soffa Industries (K&S) for 10 years holding executive positions in Israel, Singapore and USA. His last position with K&S was general manager of the test division based in Gilbert Arizona.

Ofer holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering and M.B.A from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
